1Acceptance of giitt1wqy Terms of Use

By accessing, registering, logging in to, or using any part of the giitt1wqy platform in any manner, you automatically agree that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all Terms and Conditions set out in this document. This acceptance is legally binding.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are required to discontinue use of the giitt1wqy platform and close your account if one already exists. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended Terms will be considered as full acceptance of those amendments.

• Not subject to any legal prohibition or restriction on using online betting services

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Have never been removed or banned from the giitt1wqy platform previously

3Account Registration and User Responsibilities

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on giitt1wqy. Holding multiple accounts under a single identity is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

During the registration process at giitt1wqy, you are responsible for:

• Provide your full name exactly as it appears on your official Malaysian identification document (MyKad or passport)
• Provide an active mobile number registered in your own name in Malaysia
• Provide a valid email address that you have access to

Giitt1wqy is not liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by an unauthorised third party, whether due to your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials or any other reason beyond the platform's control.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

Giitt1wqy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved local Malaysian payment methods. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX internet banking via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per request
• Deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account within minutes
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 3 to 10 minutes for e-wallet methods and 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers
• All transactions must use a payment method registered in your own name — third-party transactions are not permitted

5Bonus, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

• Every bonus carries a rollover requirement (wagering threshold) that must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted

• A bet is valid once confirmed by the giitt1wqy system and a bet reference number has been issued
• The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final odds that apply
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended unless the Cash Out feature is used before the match ends
• Matches that are postponed, cancelled, or not completed within 36 hours of the original scheduled time will be declared void and all stake amounts fully refunded
• In-play bets are subject to internet connection delays and cannot be cancelled once processed by the giitt1wqy server
• Giitt1wqy reserves the right to void or re-confirm bets accepted during technical disruptions that caused inaccurate odds to be displayed
• The scheduled fixture is the definitive basis for settling bets — appeals based on media reports will not be considered

• All casino game outcomes generated by the RNG are final and not subject to dispute
• Technical failures occurring during an incomplete game round will result in the wager being refunded to the player
• The use of automation software, bots, or third-party assistance tools for gameplay is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension
• Results displayed on the player's screen are final once the round has concluded

• Distributing harmful, threatening, or inappropriate content through the platform's chat or feedback functions
• Coordinating bets with other players to manipulate market outcomes
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions

Giitt1wqy reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of breaching any of the above prohibitions, and may suspend or close the account in question without prior notice while the investigation is ongoing.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Giitt1wqy reserves the right to suspend or close any member account, at any time and at our sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age
• Detection of fraudulent activity or system manipulation
• Requests from relevant authorities or law enforcement bodies
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months
• Voluntary requests by members to close their own accounts

In cases where an account is closed for reasons not involving a member's breach, giitt1wqy will refund any valid remaining balance once all reviews have been completed. In cases of closure resulting from a breach of these Terms, all balances may be forfeited subject to the outcome of the investigation.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the giitt1wqy customer support team via live chat. Any request to withdraw a remaining balance must be made before or during the closure process.

10giitt1wqy Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, giitt1wqy and its parent company, subsidiaries, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any losses or damages arising from unfavourable betting outcomes
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account by a third party

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of first being raised in writing, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
